Mario Testino
Mario was born on October 30 1954 and was born in Peru in Lima, he wanted to discover the world of fashion and Hollywood, in 1976 he moved to London and completed his apprenticeship at the studios of John Vickers and Paul Nugent, many of his photography ideas came from his imagination and from growing up in Peru and summers in Brazil. He then became a fashion and portrait photographer and is known to be one of the most influential fashion and portrait photographer today in society. he has been a photographer for many popular brands and companies as his photographs are very impressive, his work has featured internationally in magazines such as Vogue, V Magazine , vanity, fair and GQ, to add to that he also created images for brands such as Gucci, Burberry, Versace, Michael Kors, Chanel and much ore, this shows us how talented he is.

| Cara Delevingne - This was taken by Mari Testino and is most likely my favourite out of the ones I have seen, I like this photograph as she is wearing white which suggest peace and purity, she is also making direct eye contact with the camera which immediately makes us feel involved. It is also a mid-shot but the main focus is her face , the plain colours in the background allow us to focus on her face so we can see her emotions. High key lighting is also used which makes the photograph stand out and shows it's importance. |

| Cara Delevingne - This photograph was also take by Mario Testino, this is also one of my favourite photographs as It is different from other photographs that I have seen, it is unique and interesting, I like the light blue and white as the background as it gives the impression its the sky and also makes Cara stand out to us. This photograph is a close-up which allows us to focus on her face , however she has foundation pouring down her face which makes it hard to distinguish her emotions, moreover this leaves us to come to a conclusion ourselves. |
